On the occasion of the commemoration of the 53rd Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau on September 24, we express, in the name of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and in our own, our most sincere congratulations to you, to your Government and to the brotherly People of Guinea-Bissau.
On this significant date, we salute the history of struggle, dignity and self-determination of the People of Guinea Bissau for their independence and sovereignty.
