Beloved Brother and Compañero,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we express to you, the Communist Party, the People and Government of Vietnam, our congratulations on the 81st Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to be commemorated this Tuesday, September 2nd 2026.
On this Historic Date, we remember with deep Revolutionary Admiration the Eternal Compañero Ho Chi Minh, Planetary Hero and Hero of the Peoples, whose legacy and unshakable libertarian conviction continue to inspire us in the Struggles for the Defense of Sovereignty, Self-Determination, Independence, Peace and Unity of the Nations of the World.
In reiterating our sincere Congratulations, we embrace the historical Struggles, Victories and Conquests of the Heroic People of Vietnam, an example of Dignity, Courage and Steadfastness in the face of colonialism and imperialism.
On this memorable occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to continue deepening our political and diplomatic relations united by strong bonds of friendship, solidarity and brother and sisterhood.
