En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, expresamos a Usted, al Partido Comunista, al Pueblo y Gobierno de Vietnam, nuestras felicitaciones por el 81º Aniversario de la Declaración de Independencia de la República Socialista de Vietnam, a conmemorarse este Martes 2 de Septiembre del 2026.
En esta Fecha Histórica, recordamos con profunda Admiración Revolucionaria al Eterno Compañero Ho Chi Minh, Héroe Planetario y Héroe de los Pueblos, cuyo legado e inque-brantable convicción libertaria continúan inspirándonos en las Luchas por la Defensa de la Soberanía, la Autodeterminación, la Independencia, la Paz y la Unidad de las Naciones del Mundo.
Al reiterar nuestras sinceras Felicitaciones, abrazamos las históricas Luchas, Victorias y Conquistas del Heroico Pueblo de Vietnam, ejemplo de Dignidad, Valentía y firmeza frente al colonialismo y al imperialismo.
