On the occasion of the 151st Anniversary of the National Day, Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Tonga, this coming November 4th, we convey our warmest congratulations to You, Your Government and the Brotherly People of Tonga, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf.
