Good morning Brothers and Sisters from Matiguás, Muy Muy and Río Blanco. Brothers and Sisters of all this area so beautiful, so green, so productive, and so sunny, thanks be to God. Because the Sun is the one that gives us production, without Sun and without water, we would not have what to eat, we would not exist.
All the Representatives of the families of these 3 large and historic Municipalities are gathered here today to carry out the Consultation in its Second Stage, the Consultation called “We have a Nation”. It is a Consultation of the People President, all of us who are here are the People President, People President of Río Blanco, of Muy Muy and of Matiguás.
And we are doing so with the guidance and the affectionate greeting sent to you all by Comandante Daniel Ortega and Compañera Rosario Murillo, our Co-Presidents. Greetings to all.
We are doing so today when we are Commemorating, remembering, the 50th Anniversary of the Cerro Colorado Massacre, on September 18th 1976. Cerro Colorado behind Pancasán.
After the Heroic Deed came the persecution and repression of our Peasant Brothers and Collaborators; 22 Brothers and Sisters, Compañeros and Compañeras of Cerro Colorado, were murdered and were buried in mass graves at the Hacienda Brasilia. We are here today with the Spirit of those Brothers and Sisters, we are here in this Consultation Commemorating this 50th Anniversary.
We are also commemorating the 48th Anniversary of the Transition to Immortality of Guerrilla Comandante Facundo Picado, originally from Sabalete, Municipality of Matiguás; member of the General Staff of the Northern Front, Head of the Guerrilla Column Sinforoso Bravo.
It was on September 22nd 1978 that Immortality was born, that Comandante Facundo Picado en Las Mesitas, Esteli, ascended to Immortality after the Insurrection of '78. We are commemorating those two dates.
We want to greet you and introduce you to the Brothers and Sisters who are here. Here is Compañero Pedro Haslam who is the Political Secretary whom we receive with a round of applause.
We have Compañero Marvin Enrique Arauz, Political Secretary of Matagalpa Noreste; we have Compañero Judith Jarquín, Political Secretary of Matagalpa Noreste; Adilia Vega, Mayor of Río Blanco, here is our Mayor; we have Compañero Marlon Felipe Scarleth, Mayor of Matiguás; and we have Compañero Sandra Elena Cárdenas, Mayor of Muy Muy; we also have the Compañeros Vice Mayors of Río Blanco, Matiguás and Muy Muy; for them all a round of applause.
We have the Compañeros and Compañeras of the National Police, and their Departmental Head, Diego Baltodano, whom we greet, we should greet all of them here.
The Brothers and Sisters, Compañeros and Compañeras, Political Secretaries of the Victory Units of the Sandinista Front; we have the Compañeros and Compañeras of the Municipal Councils of Matiguás, Río Blanco and Muy Muy. Where are you Brothers and Sisters? There you are; greetings.
We have the Compañeros and Compañeras Coordinators of Julio 19th Sandinista Youth and their Youth Movements of Matiguás, Río Blanco and Muy Muy. Where are the young people? Where are the youth? Here, because youth is not lost, Youth is maintained, Youth is eternal.
We also have, Compañeros and Compañeras Students, Teachers, Traders, Transporters, Producers, Workers in general, Families from Río Blanco, Matiguás and Muy Muy. Welcome, everyone.
We have the Compañeros and Compañeras of the Citizen Power Media who are here with us. But we also want to give you a respectful, affectionate welcome to the Sisters of the Alcantarima Order, that's for St. Francis, who are from St. Peter's College.
They are Franciscans and are in the College of Alcántara. Blessed be the Lord that we are all united here, because we all want Peace. Peace is what unites us, Peace and those two Flags, our Blue and White Flag and the Red and Black Flag that defends the Blue and White. All united for Peace, Security, Stability.
I want to introduce the Compañeros and Compañeras who are here with me, Compañera Arlin Alonso, she is the First Vice President of the National Assembly; Dr. Edwin Castro, Head of the Sandinista Front political grouping; we have Dr. Mario Ascensio, Head of the IDB political grouping, which is where the PLI, ALN and APRE are. And we have Dr. Lester Flores, Head of the Bench of the Liberal Constitutionalist Party, PLC.
Nicaraguans are united here, because our greatest aspiration is Peace, and we are working on this directive that Comandante Daniel and Compañera Rosario gave us, to make these Constitutional Reforms.
I would like to introduce you to the Compañera Loria Dixon Brauitigan, a compañera from the Caribbean; Dr. Wilfredo Navarro, Second Secretary of the National Assembly, and we have two presidents of Committees, Dr. Auxiliadora who is the president of the Justice Commission of the Assembly, and Dr. Wálmaro Gutiérrez, president of the Economic Commission of the Assembly.
We are the members of the Special Constitutional Commission, which we have been working on and we are here to listen to you today. But there are also some National Assembly Members over there, we are going to ask them to stand up. Where are you Deputies? There they are at the back.
When we ask you to stand up, the Deputies please all stand up, because here we are all President People. Where are the Deputies?
Today we are all going to legislate in this Consultation. To start this, we are going to give the floor to Dr. Wilfredo Navarro, who explains the Seven Points very punctually. Please sit down, Compañeros and Compañeras, let's listen to Dr. Navarro.

Second Secretary of the National Assembly
A very good morning, Brothers and Sisters, Compañeros and Compañeras of the three Municipalities that are joining us today in this great activity we are holding in Matiguás, greetings to the people of Río Blanco, Muy Muy and from Matiguás too.
We in the National Assembly, said the President of the Assembly, Dr. Gustavo Porras, followed the guidelines of Co-President Daniel Ortega, we integrated a Special Commission to reform the Constitution, with the aim of defending the Elections in our country, to build a wall to stop interference, betrayals, and the presence of subjects foreign to the popular will.
Nicaragua has been the object of permanent aggression, and one of the most direct is through interference in our elections. In the past, elections were controlled by foreign powers who financed candidates who responded to the interests of those powers.
Nicaragua definitely has to defend its democracy and avoid, as Comandante Ortega said, that once again our country, which is advancing in development and progress, falls back into the clutches of predators and traitors.
That is why these Reforms are being made, we have already completed one stage, first the Consultation over more than a month with the different sectors of the country, and then with the reforms’ approval in the first instance. Because it must be pointed out, these Reforms, in order to have validity, legality, they have to be approved in two Legislatures. We have already approved in the first Legislature the reforms that consist of Seven Articles and I am going to read them now. Does everyone have this little sheet of paper, did they give it to you? Yes.
Then you will have read the extent and the objectives of this Reform; we are entering the Second Stage, which is where we are going to deepen the Consultation, and the directive given to us is to visit the different Municipalities of the country, to talk with the population, with the sectors of these Municipalities, so that they give us their opinions, their points of view and contributions for these Reforms.
That is why we are here with you today, and we feel very satisfied and grateful for your presence, because we will hear from you, we are going to pay attention to what you say. And then we will vote on the approval for the Second Legislature.
The Articles that have already been approved in the First Legislature are the following: Article 1: The Political Constitution of the Republic of Nicaragua prohibits the extraterritoriality of Foreign Laws. No Law, Regulation or Norm issued by another State, groups of States or International Organizations shall have legal effects in the National Territory.
What this Article simply establishes is that no foreign law is valid and can apply in our country, because we are no one's territory or colony. Here, no one can come to us with the laws they have made in the United States, because they do not apply in Nicaragua. That's what this article says.
The Second Article establishes that the following people may not be candidates for positions of popular election, nor may they hold public office by appointment of the Presidency of the Republic, or election of the National Assembly.
This Article is vital to protect our Elections, its compliance is necessary to ensure that we do not return to the Elections where they imposed Candidates on us, bought seats, and carried out so many swindles to harm the people of Nicaragua.
Who are those who are not eligible for popularly elected public offices in Nicaragua?: The coup plotters, the traitors to the Nation, those who incite or promote foreign interference, those who call for military intervention, those who organize with foreign financing, those who support commercial or financial economic blockades, those who call for sanctions against the State of Nicaragua and those who do not comply with the Fundamental Principles of the Political Constitution.
This Article, apart from being fundamental and necessary, clearly establishes who the people are who will not be able to return through elections to seize public office for their benefit, answering to foreign interests.
The period established for the Positions of Popular Election and for those of Election or Ratification by the National Assembly shall be Seven years. What is the logic of this? And I was talking about it with our Head of our political grouping, talking about the reason for changing the period that is current now, which is six years, to seven.
Nicaragua is in a process of development and expansion, in Nicaragua we are developing Mega Projects, such as the Deep Water Port in Bluefields, the San Francisco Libre Airport, and so many other works that are being carried out, what do they require? That the Authorities who are promoting them can give continuity to this effort and this work; therefore it is necessary to extend the periods of office so that the Popular Will can be fulfilled.
The Fourth Article establishes that the periods of appointment of the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Forces of the Army and of the Chiefs of the Police Forces of the Republic of Nicaragua will be seven years. This article is a corollary of the previous article.
If the Authorities of Popular Election are going to have a period of Seven years, then the accompaniment, both in the Security and Protection of the Country, their highest Authorities, must have the same period of seven years.
The Fifth Article is another decisive Article to put up those concrete and steel barriers to stop foreign interference, and it is that we are providing the Supreme Electoral Council with the proper tools to confront the attempts by traitors and sell-outs to penetrate the control of power via our Elections.
So the Fifth Article states: The Supreme Electoral Council has the following necessary powers to enforce the current Reform: To organize and direct General, Municipal and Regional Elections every seven years; to cancel the Legal Personality of Political Parties, and to sanction Candidates and Officials of the Supreme Electoral Council and Members of the Executive Board of Political Parties who receive foreign financing or violate the Fundamental Principles of the Political Constitution of Nicaragua.
With this, the political parties that were created with funds financed by international organizations, NGOs and governments destined to decide who were going to be candidates and who was going to be the President of our Country, is over, because the Supreme Electoral Council is going to be especially to prevent them from getting into us somewhere.
The Sixth Article, on the Inauguration date of the Co-Presidents of the Republic will be on January 18th in Tribute to our National Hero and Universal Poet, Rubén Darío.
It is an act of Justice, an act of Recognition for our National Hero and Forebear Rubén Darío, who is a universal symbol in Poetry, but it is also a symbol of Nationalism and the struggle for Sovereignty.
The Seventh Article establishes that the term of all positions of popular election, presidential appointment, or those elected and ratified by the National Assembly, currently in the exercise of their functions, is extended to Seven years.
This is to give continuity to the sequence of establishing a uniformity of Seven years for new Elections, Seven years for the Chiefs of the Army and the Police, and to extend the term of the current Authorities by one year; that is, Co-Presidents, Mayors, Vice Mayors, Councilors, National Deputies and Deputies to the PARLACEN. This is to establish a uniformity in the processes and in the election periods.
This summarizes the Seven Articles that we are reforming, and now that I have tried to explain the content of these Seven Articles in a simple and quick way, we want you to lead this Assembly and present your proposals on the Reforms.

We are Nicaraguans, and we all pray, hope and pray for Peace. We are going to give the floor to Brother Pedro Haslam, who will open the floor to those who want to speak.

Thank you Brother Doctor, President of the National Assembly, we give on behalf of Matagalpa’s families, and especially of these three important Municipalities, a welcoming greeting to our Brother Deputies of the National Assembly, and especially to the Commission that is destined to carry out the process until the definitive approval of this Constitutional Reform.
These Reforms lead us to more stability, security and above all, to continue advancing, or as a platform to continue advancing in the fight against Poverty, in the fight for Human Development, in the fight to achieve full happiness, Social Justice, the Dignity of Nicaraguan Families.
Also to strengthen and consolidate our Sovereignty, which has been a dream of all our ancestors, of our heroes, of our Brothers and Sisters who have gone ahead of us in this struggle, and who have offered these Sacred lands, Blessed with their precious Blood and which today, and every day, we honor with our work, and with our Combative Spirit.
We are going forward, we are moving onward, consolidating Peace, consolidating Security, consolidating Stability, and giving our Children, Young People, and Girls that full happiness to which every Human Being has the Right and that only with the FSLN have we been able to conquer, thanks to all that struggle and all that sacrifice of our people, for many years, from the times of the Spanish Colony, through all the stages of struggle, until today.
So, there are an important number who have signed up to take the floor and to express their criteria around these Reforms. We are going to start immediately by giving the floor to the first Compañeros and Compañeras, raising their hand and going to the microphone to express their will around this issue which means the support of the families of these three Municipalities.
I would like to make an observation, that in the end Dr. Gustavo Porras is going to ask us for the vote; so then we all have to be present until the moment when the Session ends. Go ahead, Brother.

My name is Evelio Martínez Balladares, General Secretary of the Comandante Rolando Orozco FETSALUD-Matiguás Union. I have asked for the floor on behalf of the 189 Health Workers of this Municipality, we are totally in agreement and 100% support and ratify that bill of the Reform to the Political Constitution of Nicaragua.
I think it is the moment when, with these Reforms, we are going to have stability, we are going to strengthen Peace, we are going to strengthen the fight against poverty, which is our enemy.
That is why Health Workers say, let's go onward and we are ready with our families to support these Reforms, let's move onward. Because we have to defend these great achievements of our Good Government.
We are ready to defend the Family and Community Health Model that we have today, it is great luxury; today we have good conditions for our patients, there are good conditions for our workers.
To conclude, I want to tell you that the time has come and the moment has come to put a stop to foreign interference in Nicaragua; the fate of Nicaragua is directed and decided by the Nicaraguans, together with Comandante Daniel and the Compañera, together with our Authorities who are you. Beloved Compañeros and Compañeras, it is a pleasure to be able to be here on this very significant day for our Nation, for our country, I am Sister Rosa Idelma Palacios Torres, of the Franciscan Alcantarina Sisters, of the San Pedro Alcántara School of Río Blanco.
I express my pleasure to be able to be in this significant moment and to be able to participate in this moment that is also a decisive moment for our Nation.
The Alcantarina Franciscan Sisters fully support the Partial Reforms to our Political Constitution, aware that this decision strengthens us, strengthens our Sovereignty, and strengthens Peace in our beloved Nicaragua.
I also take the opportunity to thank our Co-Presidents, Comandante Daniel and Compañera Rosario, for all the opportunities that are being given to children in the Education Sector, through curricular and extracurricular activities, where the love of Identity, the defense of Sovereignty and a Culture of Peace are promoted.
I am aware, as a Nicaraguan, that the fundamental objective of these Reforms is to be able to protect National Sovereignty and Self-determination, following the example of our Heroes and Martyrs who gave everything, so that our Nation can remain Free and Sovereign.
As Nicaraguans, and as Sisters, we can say that we continue to work together to eradicate our worst enemy, which is Poverty. Peace and Good!

Good morning, Compañeros and Compañeras Deputies, the Judiciary that represents us in the National Assembly, welcome to our beautiful Municipality of Matiguás. Good morning to the personalities who visit us; good morning people of Matiguás, good morning, People President.
Today I come representing peasant women, because I was born and raised in a community of this beautiful municipality, I am the voice of rural working women, I grew up in the middle of the cows, and so on... Today, I humbly ratify and support the improvements that are going to be made to the Laws that were already approved in a First Session, and now in this new Session we approve and ratify them and we are with the Government.
What is in sight does not need glasses because we can see the Mega Projects that have been realized, thanks to the efforts of our Co-Presidents and their Authorities like you, and the Internal Authorities of the Municipalities.
I am proud to have participated in this moment. Thank you.

When the righteous rule, the people rejoice. A very good morning, Compañeros and Compañeras Deputies who honor us with your presence this beautiful morning, People President, Youth President, my name is Olinda Morales, Municipality of Río Blanco, and I represent the Professional Sector.
As a professional woman, we have come to ratify these Constitutional Reforms that were brought to the National Assembly by our Co-Presidents Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and our Co-President Compañera Rosario Murillo, a worthy representative of Nicaraguan women.
As a professional woman we are proud that these Consultations reach the People because the People is the sovereign that needs to ratify them. And that is why we are here ratifying these Constitutional Reforms so as to continue progress and to continue advancing in this Free, Just and Dignified Nicaragua for all.
We hope that in the coming years our Generations will be able to continue this Legacy of Peace and Tranquility, because We Have A Nation, We Have Sovereignty and We Have The Heart Of all Nicaraguans.
We Nicaraguans are the owners of Nicaragua, we Nicaraguans are the owners of this Sovereignty, we are the Nicaraguans, those who are present today, saying yes to the Constitutional Reforms.
And with these Constitutional Reforms we are going to block out the menace of conflict from end to end, we are going to open the doors wide to the Olive Tree of Peace, which is what Nicaraguans need.

From this dairy area, a zone of Production and Revolution. Good morning, Brothers and Sisters of the National Assembly Executive Board, People and Youth President. My name is Marcos López Tablada, I am 27 years old and I am originally from the Municipality of Muy Muy.
As a young Nicaraguan, and on behalf of the Youth President, I support and we support these changes in the Political Constitution. Because that's what the Revolution is, that's like when milk turns into cheese. It is the Revolution making Revolution.
This is decisive for youth and in the development of its three axes: Education, Work and Recreation. This guarantees that Cultural, Sports and Educational Infrastructures are planned and completed. This allows us to ensure that the rights of youth continue to be restored.

Good afternoon, beloved Deputies who are visiting us today in this beautiful city of Matiguás, welcome everyone, and very proud that last month you were in Pancasán, in a Special Session on the heroic date of Pancasán: Pancasán, Land of Dreams and Hopes!
As a woman, as a producer, we get up every day to cultivate these lands with the effort of the family, with the desire to get ahead. In the name of those men and women that our only fighting trench is the ground, our land, and that our weapon is the desire to get ahead. On behalf of those Producers, Small, Medium, Coffee Growers, Cattle Ranchers and those other producers because our area is diversified, thank God. We give the greatest support to the reforms of the Constitution; we want Peace, we want to get ahead.
We want these Projects to continue in every corner of our Communities. We dreamt and longed for this beautiful road in our Pancasán area to take our products to the different markets, national and international.
We can do all this only with Comandante Daniel Ortega, with Co-President Rosario Murillo, who are able to give continuity to all these Projects in each corner of our country.
Thanks to them, thanks to our Heroes and Martyrs who contributed that blessing of fertilizer we are able to represent this small sector, but giants in production to maintain the food supply, and without production there is no food. We give full support to the reforms, we are giving it here. Thank you very much.

On behalf of our High School Students, and for Academic Excellence I support that the Partial Reform to the Political Constitution be approved, I support it because it is Revolutionary, I support it because it gives us socio-economic stability and as part of the Federation of High School Students, I want the Rights of Students to be always restored.

From these lands full of otters, where water fertilizes the soil and books build the future, the teaching sector is very present. A very good morning, almost good afternoon People President, Youth President; Honorable members of the Executive Board of the National Assembly.
From the July 17th neighborhood, of our city so well named Muy Muy, a land of otters, the very best land, not simply in my opinion, but as an ancestral concept and definition.
This morning I want to express very much from my heart, that with Faith, with Fervor, I identify myself as a Socialist, as a Christian, Believer in Christ the Redeemer and at the same time I identify myself as a promoter of free and meaningful knowledge. I firmly believe in education as a tool for profound Human and Social transformation for full Human Development.
As a disciplined and proud teacher of Primary Education and at the same time with the deep conviction that only a Quality Education will transform the life of this country and of future generations.
For this free, quality, inclusive education, for this education restored as a full Human Right, for this Peace that is the Common Good and is the Sacred Good, for our Sovereignty, for the Identity of our Nation.

Good morning Honorable National Assembly, and the different Departmental and Municipal Authorities of Matagalpa Northeast. My name is Gilbert Jarquín Espinoza, proudly from Pancasán where the breeze is calling us, I’m a student of the Educational Computer career at the UNAN Matagalpa; also representing the Leonel Rugama Cultural Movement, District I, Pancasán.
As young Nicaraguan students, we support the different Reforms that are being made to our Political Constitution of Nicaragua. We know that this Reform is the Magna Carta that will provide solutions to all the needs of young people.
As Young People we feel proud to be part of this Reform, because it is important, since now we are taken into account. As young people we are proud, not only to be part of this Reform, but of the different benefits that this Good Government has brought to the whole country, to the very last corners of our lovely beautiful Nicaragua.
We feel so proud as young people to be part of all these Reforms, because they will bring the benefit that Nicaragua can have Peace, can have Stability and can be a Sovereign and Independent Nation.
How can we not feel proud, if we are in a country where Peace is promoted, where Love and Harmony are promoted among us, as the Nicaraguan Brothers and Sisters that we are.
From the bottom of my heart, and as a Sandinista Youth, I say to you: We support and will always support the Processes of Reform to our Political Constitution. That is why I've always said:

Today we are here to participate in this Consultation Process on the Reform of the Political Constitution of Nicaragua. As Traders and Entrepreneurs, we express our support since we consider it important to participate and express our ideas by contributing from our Community.

Good morning to the Honorable members of our National Assembly; Dr. Gustavo Porras, President of the National Assembly, among others who are accompanying him. Today I have the honor of getting to know you personally, because I have seen you many times for a long time in the media, on television and I have admired your position for the development of our country.
God bless you and also our Municipal Authorities, our National Police, our Municipal Mayor, everyone, people in general, God bless you. I am Pastor Humberto Jacinto González Rivera, originally from the city of Jinotega, but with 32 years of living here in Matiguás, which for me is a beautiful city.
I want to tell you on behalf of the Christian People of Matiguás, of our Pastors, I am not talking about the Evangelical Religion, because we Christians don’t worry much about religious theory, we are Christian followers of Christ Jesus, because knowing about religion is different, we are Christians, we follow Christ Jesus who is our Savior, the Savior of all humanity.
We totally agree with the Constitutional Reform, I am going to tell you shortly, in a few words, why, though I would like to have an hour to say many things, but I am going to say it in summary.
Jesus Christ, when he came to this world 2000 years ago, came to liberate an oppressed people, by the still religious sectors, oppressed by the religious sectors.
The poor, the sick and all those humble people like that, women, listen well, women had no participation in anything at that time, but they say that Jesus Christ came to this world to liberate, to set all those oppressed sectors free and he came to promote Peace between all peoples because there were divisions between Gentile Peoples and Jewish Peoples.
There were divisions and Jesus Christ came to free the barriers that there were, but, above all, he came to set the oppressed free. Based on all this, the Pastors here in Matiguás have spoken repeatedly about this issue and have said, who could not agree with the Government we have?
Who could not agree when we have free and quality health care; when we have free education, it is such that from other neighboring countries they have come here to Nicaragua and have proved it, they have checked the Health Care here, they have come to pass medical consultations here to Nicaragua and they have returned with great joy and speaking well of what they found.
So who would not agree with all of this? The Peace we enjoy is wonderful. one can go wherever one wants to go, and one goes in Peace and Tranquility, one goes with Joy, without danger of anything. Who would not agree with all of this, and agree with something else? Who would not agree with all the good roads?
I have talked to many people and I tell them, how it used to take a whole day to get hhere; now, it takes two hours traveling by car, three hours maximum. How interesting! so, who would not agree with this Progress, with these Projects?
Now, we are in particular many Brothers and Sisters, Compañeros and Compañeras Pastors who are here, we totally agree that anyone who wants to destabilize this tremendous, beautiful, wonderful system that we have, has no place and we definitely cannot be in their favor.
Before no one should want to provoke violence, no, no one should set out to destabilize work, destabilize workers... let them spend 10, 15, 20 days without being able to do anything, without being able to go about their life. How are we going to agree with that?
Because anyone who tries to destabilize a People who is doing well, who is enjoying work, freedom, and anyone who sets out to cause destabilization, is not a person of God, I assure you that it does not come from God, because a person of God does not cause violence, does not cause the destabilization of a People.
The person who comes from God, comes to collaborate with the People, comes to collaborate and to promote Well-being, so I would like to continue talking, but I'm stopping here because there are many of us. It has been an honor for me to meet you. Thank you very much, everyone.

Someday it may be that the President is no longer there, but another one will comes and will be as good as him, because no one will be better than him, there is a God of power may God care for him and keep him, may God bless this People. We are going to make a prayer, if you allow me, to give Honor and Glory to God.
May God Bless Heavenly Father, bless this People, Lord pour out your Glory and your presence, that, just as they are making these Reforms may it be You glorifying your name, may You be the Father of Glory, for the sake of those Present, for the sake of the Students, for the most needy.

I represent the Pastoral Community of that city, that there are a number of 25 Pastor Brothers and Sisters here. We want to express the following: As Pastors we are very grateful and appreciate the effort of the Central Government and the Authorities in each Municipality, for the development that is being promoted.
We value, for example, in terms of education, a free, quality education, with a lot of opportunity for young people. In the field of health, we have seen the construction of roads, bridges, throughout the National Territory, the construction of Hospitals, of Health Centers with free health care.
We have also seen the effort that is being made to maintain Peace, Stability, something that all the people of Nicaragua long for and desire.
Also as Pastors we want to highlight, and thank the support of the Civil and Military Authorities to help us develop our Pastoral Work in our Communities, in the places where we mobilize. Proof of this is how, in all the municipalities of the country we are already prepared for the celebration of the National Bible Day on the last Sunday of this month of September.
Therefore, we have every disposition to support these Reforms, because we believe that they will bring more benefits to Nicaraguan families. We also want to express to you that from our Pulpits in our Churches we are always praying for the Authorities of the National Government, the Authorities of our Municipalities, and for the People of Nicaragua.
