Initial remarks of the declarations by Rosario
Co-President of Nicaragua,
in the Midday Edition of Multinoticias Channel 4

A very good afternoon, Compañera. A good week, good days, good hours, the good times with which God endows our Nicaragua.
Today is Monday, August 24th and we have celebrated so much History, so much Greatness, so many Epic Feats, and we have thanked God, and thanked each one of us, because we have been able to reclaim and resume the Correct Paths and the True Truths which have illuminated our Future throughout our History.
The Act of Ratification, which was confirmation of the Heroism, the Audacity, of that magnificent event, the seizure of the National Palace. Led by Comandante Eden Pastora. Of course we do not forget.
So we declare: Death to Somocismo, Carlos Fonseca Amador, Comandante Carlos !
It was a celebration, we lived out this Saturday, of the People President and today, thanks to all the struggles, thanks to all the Victories, thanks to the Courage of our People, our People whom we know are represented, absolutely, in the Heroic Rigoberto López Pérez Commando, a feat far above and beyond any human wretchedness or mediocre caricature, beyond all the vulgarity that has no place in our history, the Heroism of this Nicaraguan people, by the grace of God, this People who love their Patriotic Nation, that Heroism is recorded as part of the universal history of the strength of human beings, of the ability to transcend the human being, and of the ability to take on the necessary, indispensable mission of every human being who believes in Humanity.
The vulgarities are an absolute disrespect, baring of claws and teeth... since such people can't even be called Human Beings, so full are they of hatred and meanness. Their blindness makes them hateful and mean. We have become familiar with their meanness, selfishness and rudeness, with their shabbiness and mediocrity. They are stateless for a reason, because that culture of theirs, by God's Grace, is not our Nicaraguan culture.
None of the absurdities from this garbage can ever erase the great Spirit of all the Nicaraguans who have been capable of the bravest, most intrepid, most courageous acts of Love for Nicaragua.
The trash is in its place, over there, where we don't have to touch it... The garbage, the dirt, far away, where they cower trembling with fear... The trash is where it belongs. Because the People of Diriangén, Nicarao, Adiact, Andrés with his Legendary Stone, his Victorious Stone... namely the Nicaragua of Zeledón, of Sandino, of Rigoberto, of Carlos, of Pancasán, of the Sandinista National Liberation Front, stars in real epics, true epics, with greatness of Soul.
Before the greatness of a people in front of something so tiny and absurd... They shouldn’t even dare to think they compare! They are trivial, they are insignificant, the minuteness of nothings and the nobodies. Null and void in every sense ! Fakers and hucksters, that's all they are.
We declare, feel and live the heroism of San Jacinto; we admire and follow the Stone of Andrés, that Stone full of Dignity, of Hope, of Decision.
How can we not recognize the greatness of our origins, the Indian Archers, Nicaragua's undefeated Race, by the grace of God!
Every hero and every martyr, on our soil and in our sky, has their star and their wake of inexhaustible luminosity.
For vanity is only vanity! A perversion. It is diminished. Vanity of vanities, says Ecclesiastes, and all they are is vanity. That is what they are.
And we are aware in our Nicaragua of how the guerrilla catchphrases vibrate with revolutionary and evolutionary Pride, the Pride of a free Patriotic Nation, inimitable Sandinista Pride; our every Slogan... Ours, ours, ours. because we as a People, when we design, or when a catchphrase arises, we know they have nothing to do with those who live by betrayal.
Here no one surrenders!
Upright we Go Onward, never on our knees!
In this same year when we have remembered the 59th Anniversary of Heroic Pancasan, we have been advancing towards the ratification of our National Sovereignty, our National Dignity with the proposed reform of the General Constitution of the Republic so as to represent ever more our National Greatness, our National Dignity, our National Pride, our Right to live in Peace... Peace, which is the foundation of every advance, of every achievement, and the Peace for which we work, together with the heritage of a Free, Sovereign, Dignified, Honorable, Glorious and Victorious People.
This Thursday the consultation process will culminate with the Youth President. By then we will have already consulted the entire People President, represented in all the different spaces and organizations where we continue to wage the Battle against Poverty, to continue overcoming the Poverty which is the heritage of the unworthy, the slaves, those owned by others, those who are not Nicaraguans.
On the first day of September, the first day of the great month of our Patriotic Nation, we will learn the conclusions of the consultation and attend the final debates of that sovereign consultation, an expanded consultation, our consultation with the People President on the Reforms to our Constitution.
Today also, August 24th, we want to pay tribute to social activist Compañeros. On November 8th, 2022, our brother, workers’ leader, Roberto González, unexpectedly passed on to another plane of Life. We were present, caring for his family and accompanying them... We greet our brother, now retired, Luis Barbosa, who is with us working from his home... We salute our brother "Changuelo", José Ángel Bermúdez Lazo who passed last night to another plane of Life, and we salute him in each one of his children, in his wife Elvia, in all the Compañeros of Struggle. And in the coming weeks, in the very month of our Patriotic Nation, we will make recognition of these activists in struggle always.
Also, we are now working on the commemorative events of the Military Forces of our Nicaraguan Army, which on September 2nd, in honor of the Army in Defense of National Sovereignty of our immortal Hero, our General Sandino, will celebrate the 47th Anniversary of their foundation.
On September 17th or 18th, honoring our Heroes of Nandaime, will be the 47th Anniversary of the founding of our National Police.
And on October 17th, we celebrate the 49th anniversary of the launch of the successful and victorious strategy of insurrection, which allowed us to achieve, thanks to Sandinista Unity, Unity which is so important, Unity so essential in all fields and aspects, the Triumph of our Revolution that evolves every day is represented in all the Combatants of every age. And the very evolution of this Christian Project of the Christianity of Christ Jesus, of Love and Peace, our Christian Project of National Liberation, is in the hands of the Heroic and Triumphant Youth of all Times... the Sandinista Youth of July 19th.
So much to do! What a long way traveled and yet to travel! So much Faith! So Much Love! Such a great deal of Hope! How much we owe to the Heavenly Father for having given us this Spirit with which we are Going Onward; transcending, always from His Hand and for His Glory, the challenges, the difficulties. For what we live, what we want, what we do, this is just and necessary, necessary and just. A Revolution marking our steps towards the fulfillment of Rights in every field for our Heroic People.
In Esteli, for example, on Saturday we will be delivering homes of the "New Victories" program.
At all times, in all circumstances, we give thanks to God. We give thanks to God each morning from the moment we get up, in speaking God’s Name, we invoke God, and we know everything we achieve is fruit of the Blessing God places on His People. God's People, that's who we are... A People of God! And in His Name and for His Glory we keep His commandments as we advance in Righteousness and True Truths.
And there is something we also say each day, namely No Repetition! And those listening know what I mean. Here no one surrenders ! Here there will be No Repetition!
We have forged ourselves, thanks be to God, as warriors of Light and of Love, eloquent, intelligent, magnificent warriors of Light, Life and Truth. Of Loves that shine, of Struggles and Victories, of Peace, Peace, Peace, in Security, Stability and Prosperity for all Nicaraguans, for all Nicaragua’s Families.
We are going onward, in the name of God who guides our steps, those of all this His People who love Peace, who protect Peace, and who know, because we do know, that only in Peace, Security and Stability, can we Go Onward.
It remains for me to salute Elvia Leonor Estrada, Elvia, Compañera Elvia who for years was the administrative head of INTUR as its General Secretary, and too the children of "Changuelo". Elvia Leonor Estrada Rosales, compañera of "Changuelo", and their children, José Ángel, Carlos Ernesto, Richard David and José.
Also, Compañeras and Compañeros, I want to refer to the Momotombo Center that we inaugurated with great pride and joy last Saturday; a center to keep us alert and to accentuate and accelerate our capacity in response to emergencies.
It was built with the fraternal cooperation of the People's Republic of China, and is one of the most advanced in Latin America having the latest technologies from China, to strengthen surveillance, early warning and rapid response capabilities, to earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, storms and other emergencies due to different events.
There are always the ignorant, those who always seek to obscure the Light, which is impossible. It is impossible to darken the Light. And these are real Lights.
In a country like ours, with so many challenges in the field of possible emergencies, a volcanic country, prone to earthquakes, tsunamis and floods, a Center like this is not only a luxury but a necessity, and it is built and ready to operate with the participation of the People President via COMUPRED and SINAPRED nationally, always vigilant to protect Life.
It has an integrated satellite communications network, 12 operational application systems, 7 technological support platforms, disaster data recovery systems; reconnaissance and rescue drones; 258 intelligent real-time monitoring sites; 97 seismic monitoring equipment units; 25 volcanic monitoring stations, and 20 river monitoring points; 172 loudspeaker and alert transmission systems, in addition to a cluster of data management equipment.
The construction, the equipment, has been carried out by China's Communications Services International company, Communication Services of China offers services all over the world, with financing from the People's Republic of China.
Our beloved brother Ambassador Qu Yuhui was there at the inauguration along with the authorities of SINAPRED and too INETER, our Army and Police, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and the Co-Presidency. Grateful and proud!
Compañeras and Compañeros “no wasting time on pulp”. Blocking out the Light is an impossible task, which no one should even try, because just as They Could Not Prevail Nor Will They, nor is it possible to block out the Light !
