Beloved Brother President, 

On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, the Sandinista National Liberation Front, and on our own behalf, we extend to you, the Government and the Beloved People of Laos, our most heartfelt Condolences over the death of Compañero Xaysomphone PHOMVIHANE, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the National Assembly, which occurred last Saturday, August 8th, 2026.

In these moments of deep sorrow, we express our Solidarity and Affection to his Relatives, Compañeros in Struggle and to all the Fraternal People of Laos, honoring the Life, Trajectory and Revolutionary Legacy of Compañero PHOMVIHANE, who dedicated his life to the service of his People and the Causes of Independence, Sovereignty, Social Justice and Peace of Laos.
