PAZ Y BIEN DECIDIMOS SOBERANAMENTE EN ESQUIPULAS
Al Hermano Gobierno de la República de Guatemala, y a ese Pueblo querido con quien nos han unido históricas Batallas por la Paz en Nuestra Centroamérica, culminando con los Históricos Acuerdos de Esquipulas en 1987, le Recordamos esos Tiempos desafiantes de tanta discusión fructífera, hasta alcanzar decisiones que nos convocaron a seguir trabajando contra las Guerras y por la Concordia, de acuerdo a nuestras propias Legislaciones y necesidades.
Recordamos con agradecimiento y reconocimiento, la voz valiente, firme y siempre armonizante del Presidente Vinicio Cerezo y de los Mandatarios que en Centroamérica, en aquellos Tiempos duros y desde diferentes posiciones ideológicas, promovían nuestro derecho a vivir tranquilos, seguros, trabajando para prosperar.
A todos ellos nuestro Abrazo Fraternal y nuestro Respeto por sus aportes a la Unión Centroamericana de Paz y Bien.
En estos días, cuando se alzan voces que contradicen sus propios hechos, en relación a los Valores Constitucionales y a los esfuerzos de las Familias Trabajadoras de nuestros Pueblos, recordamos esos Momentos de Valentías y Méritos que hoy hacen tanta falta, así como también nos hace falta una Unión Digna, Valerosa, de voces propias y soberanas que cuestionen lo incorrecto y respeten las decisiones correctas y apropiadas que viene tomando cada Pueblo, para preservar su Estabilidad, Armonía y Caminos de Lucha efectiva contra la Pobreza.

IN ESQUIPULAS WE TOOK THE SOVEREIGN DECISION FOR PEACE AND WELL BEING
To the fraternal Government of the Republic of Guatemala, and to that beloved People with whom we have been united by historic battles for Peace in Our Central America, culminating in the historic Esquipulas Agreements of 1987, we recall those challenging Times of so much fruitful discussion reaching decisions that called on us all to continue working against Wars and for Harmony, according to our own Legislations and needs.
We remember with gratitude and appreciation, the courageous, steadfast voice of President Vinicio Cerezo always promoting harmony and the Central American leaders who in those hard times and from different ideological positions, promoted our right to live peacefully, securely, working in order to prosper.
To all of them our fraternal embrace and our respect for their contributions to the Central American Union for Peace and Good.
In these days, when voices are raised that contradict their own deeds, in relation to the constitutional values and the efforts of the working families of our Peoples, we remember those moments of valor and merits which are so much needed today, as well as the need for a dignified, courageous Union of our own sovereign voices which seek to address matters that need correcting and to respect the correct and appropriate decisions each People may take in order to preserve their Stability, Harmony and effective ways of combating Poverty.
Central American Brothers and Sisters :
Since before Esquipulas, during Esquipulas, and until today, the message is the same: Respect for the Rights of others is Peace.
