Querido Hermano Presidente:

En este difícil momento para el Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Árabe Saharaui Democrática, permítanos transmitir en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, nuestras más profundas condolencias, por el tránsito a otro plano de vida del Hermano Dah el Bendir, Jefe de la Gendarmería de su Nación.

Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre, expresamos nuestra Solidaridad Fraterna a la Familia del Hermano Dah el Bendir, quien siempre será recordado por su incansable labor desempeñada en servicio de su País y en la lucha inclaudicable por la autodeterminación del Noble Pueblo Saharaui.
